Book your event
Choose your event date and complete our online booking form. We’ll confirm availability and send you the collection details and everything you need for the day.
Collect the trailer
Pick up the Floss Wagon from Lower Hutt. The trailer tows behind any standard vehicle with a towbar, so there is no need for a truck or a special licence.
Receive your share
The machine takes Paywave and cash. We count the takings when the trailer comes back and settle your 40% share within five working days, straight into your nominated account.

Sugar and sticks
Consumables for the event are included in the deal. Nobody has to make a mid-afternoon run to the supermarket.
Cash and contactless payments
Customers can pay by Paywave or cash, giving them a convenient choice on the day. All sales are included when we calculate your fundraising return.

Most fundraising asks something of your families before it returns anything. Chocolate boxes have to be bought in. Raffle books have to be chased. Sausage sizzles need a licence, a roster and someone’s gazebo.
A candy floss trailer works differently. There is nothing to buy in and nothing to sell in advance. You are already running the event, so the trailer simply captures spend that is walking past it anyway.
The numbers are easy to picture. At $10 a serve with 40% coming back to you, every 100 serves puts $400 into your fund. A busy school gala can move several hundred serves in an afternoon.
